  • If anything gets damaged or broken after it has been delivered, the replacements will be chargeable.
  • There can be delays on deliveries due to transport or stock issues, we are not accountable for these & we are unable to offer money off or discounts.
  • Someone will need to be available to receive the Roof & Glass on the delivery dates given.
  • There is a no returns policy due to all our Lanterns being made to your bespoke sizes.
